Diplomatic Engagements
The ICPC is committed to building meaningful dialogue with governments, parliaments, and civil society actors across different regions, including EU member states, post-Soviet countries, North America, and countries home to Circassian diaspora communities to advance recognition of the Circassian Genocide and the collective rights of the Circassian people.
Where opportunities arise, we engage with parliamentarians, researchers, policymakers, and human rights organizations to foster understanding and build political support for these goals. We also seek cooperation with academic institutions, as we believe that rigorous scholarly engagement with the political, legal, and historical dimensions of the Circassian Genocide is essential to any lasting recognition effort.
In everything we do, we are guided by international law and universal human rights principles, and we are committed to using every legitimate avenue available to us.
